Jesus! I have gotten lax! Nah, I'm actually working on my portfolio site and soon this comic will just be part of that. Up top is a face shot for the book I'll have finished by the end of January. My site will be finished by the end of December.

Jesus! I have been busy between the stuff I'm working on, the Boston Comicon, and the upcoming New England Fan Experience but I have the final Nocturnal Silence archive up and this sweet little thing above. She's just one of a few illustrations I'll have at the convention next week. I will have an update for Monday and will be back on a regular schedule after I remake the Jude web page. I'm going to redo the Jude pages I have with proper character sheets and such. Things are going to start picking up soon.

All right! It's been a long time in coming and I have been working (also putting stuff off) but I have the archive for the 24 hour comic I did finished. I'll hold off on an update but don't get really mad. I actually have a good reason this time. I'll be attending the Boston Comicon. I'm going to be a representative of the Comic Book Artist Guild. I'm currently woking on a small follow up story to nocturnal silence and will have the final version posted before the convention. I'll also have new artwork up.

So much to do sol little time. I really need to organize my time better. Here's the cover for the 24 hour comic I did for 24 hour comic day. I will have the entire thing uploaded for monday. I'm almost through preping the files.

Here's a preview of a project I'm currently working on. This weekend I will be taking the 24 hour challenge and I probably won't have something up on monday but I will have the comic I did over the weekend up on tuesday. Other than that standard updates and I will have everything archived soon.

I have gotten another page up and I have to say, I really need more dicipline. I will have a new page up on Friday and am going to shoot for at least one page for every update so as not to get bogged down trying to do to much at once.

Sorry I've missed two updates but as stated, I've been on vacation. That said, the new comic pages will be online by Monday. I'll also have a new version of the site by November 19. I hope to have the forum up and stuff in the store section. I'll really start buckling down and giving it my all. The above picture is an idea I have that you might see soon. I believe this one will make for a better comic than Half-Fallen. I'll have the updates to the art section and comic section ready on monday.

I'm on vacation! Awsome! Here's a new picture and if I can stop wallowing in pure abject lazyness (did I mention I'm on vacation?) I'll have the archives updated. More to come including the cover for my completed comic Nocturnal Silence.

Sorry for impunctuality with updates but alot has been happening. I will be on vacation for the next week and I will have updates for my site. I am in the process of revamping the site. making needed changes and the like. Please bear with me on some of the changes and keep tuning in.

It occurs to me that it takes too long and is too annoying to illustrate the main comic the way it is so I think I'll start redoing the pages I've already done and see how they turn out. If it works I'll keep doing it this way. It just seems to take longer when coloring with the computer. I'm thinking I should put another idea for a comic on the site instead of half-fallen. The way Half-fallen is turning out seems too generic. I think I'll start on The Keeper. I believe this series has more potential. I will also be making a personal web page and posting my portfolio work on that.

The last page for nocturnal silence and then I work and proof reading it and editing and finally, printing it. I will have it up on the store section of the site. I plan on autographing each copy and including artwork not on my site. Other than that I'm going to Watercountry today. With all the little bastards in school, no one will be there and I won't have to wait in any long lines. More to come.

YEEEEAAAH!! I finally have the next five pages of Nocturnal Silence up. Jesus, that took awhile. However there was one more page I wanted to add. I'll put it with the rest tomorrow. Now I can focus on artwork and the main comic. I will need some proof reading and if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to email me. I hope to have the forum up and running within the next month or two.

I can't apologize enough for not having an update on Friday. That said it's taking a while to get everything ready but I can say with all confidence that It will all be ready on Monday (for a change). After it's done I'll have it ready to be printed. I plan on looking it over, re-writing as needed and then sending it to some publishers. I don't expect people to just love it but hey, it's a good experience. One of the things I'm told is I need to work on my writing and be more organized. After nocturnal silence I'll be adding one or two pages every update day so it's easier to meet deadlines. I also plan on writing a story that'll will be like a novel and will add a section for that later with that section being updated constantly so I can practise my writing.

Well, I'm almost finished with Nocturnal Silence. By next Friday it should be finished and I can focus more on Jude and Half-Fallen. Right now, I'm working on making a forum for my site so people can more easily leave their opinions. There are a few comic and anime conventions coming up that I will try to be attending as an artist at an artist table. Two of the main ones are in November and I'll let you guys know more soon. I will have a new Jude page for Monday (god dammit I will!) and number seven will be fixed and in the archive as well.

I think I'm going to change my update schedule to Monday and Thursday so I HAVE MORE THAN TWO DAYS TO UPDATE!! Weekend schedules can be so fucked but I'll have the new Jude posts for Tuesday. I'll say more then about what's coming up.

All right! I am almost done with the the first story to nocturnal silence with four new pages added today. The whole thing should be done for next Friday. I will add the a new jude page or Monday and finish the recent one. I also hope to have more artwork updated. On another note, Blackest Night issue two has come out and let me just say . . . AAAAHHHHHH. Dude, So . . Fucking . .SWWEEETT. I can't say anything much because I don't want to spoil but I will say this . . the SPECTRE gets taken out. Man, the good guys are fucked.

I wanted the jude page to be finished but hey, this gives you the opportunity to see what a rough looks like. seriously though, I'll have the finished version up as soon as possible.

08/07/09 New Updates and Iron Man

Well I can't say I'm sorry enough but I'll be updating Jude on monday. I do have a new page for Nocturnal Silence and some new artwork. I'll have more on monday. Also, I really want to finish up the first issue of nocturnal silence so I can focus on Jude and Half-Fallen so for next week I plan on doing at least a page a day until it's finished with what I have being uploaded every update. On a completely unrelated note I was a little surprised that Terrance Howard wasn't going to play James "Rodey" Rodes in the new Iron Man movie. I thought he was a pretty decent Rodey and while I'm not broken up about it I am a little dissapointed for both not seeing him play the part and once again seeing a studio changing cast for a second movie. It never feels like quite the same movie when they do that. something always feels off. I do feel confident that Robert Downey Jr. will give an awsome performance. I heard this movie will be about stark and his problems with alcohol. Can you just see that? Tony drunk in the armor and flying through billboards.

I've already started work on Half-Fallen. I want to start with the script first. It's gonna be a while for that one. In the mean time I have the other two comics to work on. Today's Nocturnal Silence is very foreshadowing. I'll have a Jude page up plus a massive update to Nocturnal silence on the following friday update.

07/28/2009 It's Up

Well the new jude page is up finally. I should have some new pages for Nocturnal Silence on Friday. This one might look a little different because I wanted to try making a page entirely in Photoshop. Having done that I can now say with confidence that it sucks and I'll stick with the brush for inking and Photo shop for coloring. It'll be a while on Half-fallen but I want to take my time on it. I don't Prefer it over the others I just want to go more into inking and coloring for it so making the pages will take a lot longer. Once I start it, I'm anticipating a full page done every one or two weeks. Seriously though I want to flex and work my artistic muscles.

07/27/2009 Always the Mondays . . .

Still having trouble with some of my software so I can't update today. I will have it set for tomorrow along with a little artwork and sketches. Not much else to say. I have been watching some old martial arts movies lately and have to say, Bruce Lee is the man. I don't need to say it but I want to. I mean really. If you gave me the option of fighting Bruce Lee or getting kicked in the nuts, I choose nuts. Hell, you could kick me twice and it would be better than having every bone in my body broken by fists that move faster than sound.

07/24/2009 More updates and speaking of black . . .

Not much going on as of yet. More updates to Nocturnal Silence. I will have new pages for Jude on Monday. The Nocturnal Silence series is pretty dark. By the by, has anyone been keeping up with the Blackest Night series going on in DC. Oh my sweet, gentle jesus. Zombie Martian Manhunter, Earth-2 Superman, Fire-Storm, Etc. Dude! Martian Manhunter throws a freaking building at Green Lantern and Flash! This is gonna be EPIC! The Black Lantern rings are everywhere! Look out, It's the zombie Johnathan Kent and his cane of hurt+1. In all seriousness though this really does look like it's gonna be good. If you want to get into it, you may want to brush up on what's happening in Green Lantern so far. Keep tuning in and I'll have more stuff soon.

I am finally done upgrading and updating my web page! It took soooo long. I finally managed to get everything together. However if you are experiencing problems or notice things wrong, please don't let me look like a jackass and send me a message. Not much going on rigt now except comic art and pages. I do plan on going to see the Transformers movie. Hopefully it'll be OK and not a horrible commercialized abomination that is a sin against the series. In the name of the sacred Optimus Prime I doth speaketh "Autobots! Transform and roll out!".
